This spacious townhome is full of architecturally-interesting angles. While that makes it visually intriguing, it can make furniture staging tricky. As an example, in the primary bedroom we balanced equally proportioned furniture on multiple walls, and placed a slender console table by the patio door.

This large living room requires enough furniture to fill the space without making it feel crowded. We centered the main conversation area around the fireplace, and placed a smaller secondary set on the opposite wall to balance out the sofa.

In smaller spaces, it can be tricky to make the area look inviting and comfortable without looking cramped. For this home I made use of netural-colored chairs and tables with thin metal legs. This makes an impact without overwhelming the space.

Many of the homes we stage are in the middle of renovations when we preview them. Once the contractors are done with their work, we can come in and make the house an inviting home for buyers. Even if it might be tricky to envision in the middle of construction!

Details matter. Adding this tray with a pitcher and plant to the outdoor table setting helps to tell a story to potential buyers of what they could be doing in this home's backyard. The lemons add a pop of color and bring refreshing lemonade to mind. Even the pair of chairs in the smaller space have mugs, embodying a cozy corner in which that potential buyer could enjoy a cup of warm coffee or tea. We work hard to add little touches that make a difference.
